ON HIS BLINDNESS…

"yov!!! kaiya keezha podu ya... ipdi summa theva illaama kaiya thooki thooki dhaan indha nelamaiku aal aagita"

Well, we have come across the very famous elegy written by John Milton, On his blindness, which is world renowned and now jus like the remake of the movies this elegy is going to be back by none other than our Steve Bucknor. He wrote this elegy to the Indians at the SCG.

Malcom Speed still considers Bucknor to be sweet 16 and I wonder where he bought those glasses, might be his grandma’s present for his 2nd birthday. Mr. Bucknor when did you check your power last??? Mr. Benson is no where indifferent, he is Benson with several grandson and it’s high time to get rid of both of them.

When asked about this to Mr. Bucknor he in turn blamed the Indians for his mistake. He said these Indians are taking me into task with whatever I do. In the day 1 and day 2 they said that I am not raising my finger often for their appeals and I really felt for that and corrected myself and declared Out for almost all the appeals in the last day. What else can be done?

Coming to the match, there are a lot of ways to test the patience of a batsmen and I really pity sourav for giving him out for one pitch catch and all. I think he is the only batsmen to get out in both one pitch and two pitch catches which happened earlier with Moin khan, Enna koduma sourav idhu!!!

I fail to understand why the umpire (Benson) referred to the un-ethical captain for his judgment. There can be two reasons why Ponting raised his finger

1) He might have told the umpire that Clarke caught the ball in one hand and according to street cricket one pitch one hand is out. So he is right!!
2) He would have threatened him “Adutha tour England dhaan anga unna Lords Ground la oda vittu odhaipen”

Clarke and Ponting played all the games except cricket there, they played Ground touch, 7 Stones, Rugby. I think Clarke will wait for the umpire to give out even if he is caught at long-off.

The OZ’s appealed for anything and everything that passes the bat. In fact, when Harbhajan was batting he saw them appealing for a fly passing on his bat and when asked about that he was summoned for racially abusing. I think Monkey looks much better than Symmonds, he looks like a comic character with spaghetti in his hairs and plaster of paris over his lips. May be it’s the best lip gloss in Australia.

The indians were too soft with this issue. I wished to have our Sreeshanth and Sidhu at that place and i'm sure Bucknor would have been parceled to jamaica in a special flight. On the whole, this was a match played between 11 member team and 14 member team and the Umpires defeat India by 4 wickets.

On appreciating the effort taken by the OZ’s for their 16 consecutive wins the Australian Cricket Board has announced that the SCG( Sydney Cricket Ground) here after will be called as SCG( Street Cricket Ground) where they can play Under-Arms and Over-Arms Cricket and sometimes even with Plastic ball.

"Aiya!! jolly!!! enna veetuku anupchitaanga!!!!"
ooh-la-la-la-la-le-lo!!!
